SFI offers customized websites and online registration for all types of events, activities and functions. Our sites are user-friendly, can handle multiple user-defined groups and reports can be accessed in real-time. The secure financial management features include direct deposit of registration funds into a merchant account, onsite payment processing and a full range of reports including daily balancing of transactions and batches, management reports for balance due and suspense accounts receivable, and post-event reconciliation. All data collected by the online registration process will be stored in an SQL database on an SQL server provided by SFI.
SFI offers the capability for registrants to book a hotel room directly on the registration site. The registrant is able to register for the event and make a hotel reservation in one step. Alternatively, we can have the hotel create a customized intranet website and guests can book their room directly with the hotel with rooming fees going directly to the hotel. SFI still manages the rooming lists and other pertinent information for the hotel. In either case, SFI provides a help desk for questions that may arise.
