The Ford Parade Watch Party became THE “must attend” event during the week with guests commenting that the staging of the décor was a cleaver and effective way of showcasing Ford’s brand and products.
One week of activities were planned for Ford Motor Company’s executives, culminating in a Parade Watch Party held in their new office located on the 45th Presidential Inaugural parade route. Invited guests included new members of the Administration, Members of Congress, ambassadors, members of the media and other Washington, D.C. VIPs. Event planners all agree that one of the most difficult events to execute in the nation’s capital is one that is located within the secured perimeter of the presidential parade route. Details need to be made and approved by Secret Service weeks in advance – keeping in mind that they need to be flexible and potentially changed on a moment’s notice.
