AARP has been a client of SFI for over 25 years and provides event and conference management, and communications consulting to five different divisions within AARP.

SFI provided turn-key event management serves for AARP’s Public Policy Institute Solutions Forums. SFI acquires lists to develop a database of policy and opinion leaders; emails invitations and captures RSVPs; develops all budgets and timelines; provides all event logistics, including AV/lighting/sound, decor; provides signage and transcription services; produces all conference materials; determines hotel site and negotiates the contract; develops a run of show for participants; handles and tabulates all post event surveys; works with allied groups who support the conference; handles speaker needs, including Members of Congress and Administration officials. In addition, SFI acquires media coverage (C-SPAN, Fox, CNN, Bloomberg, etc.); and webcasts the function either live or tape delayed.
